Shoot The Crow
45 ml. The Irishman Founder´s Reserve Whiskey

22,5 ml. Williams & Humbert Canasta cream Sherry
15 ml.  Honey Syrup
3 Dahses Fee Brothers Molasses Bitters
Lime Twist (Oils)

Method:  stir &  strain
Glassware: coupe
Garnish: Lime peel and Black cheery


 ·       How to make Honey Syrup:

combine 1 cup of honey and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the honey dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature. Then transfer to a clean glass jar. Cover and keep refigerated for up to 2 weeks.
